Bamboo is a tough and durable fast-growing grass found in a diverse range of environments, from mountainous regions to tropical climates. It is a highly sustainable material due to its quickly replenishing nature and wide range of applications, making it an excellent alternative to traditional hardwoods.
Bamboo is biodegradable and compostable, meaning it returns to the earth after use, nourishing the surrounding plants and enriching the soil. It is also a carbon-neutral plant which quickly absorbs large amounts of carbon dioxide, reducing the greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. Wheat straw is the main by-product obtained during the harvesting of wheat. It can be used to create bioplastic, also known as plant-based plastic. This innovative new material is capable of sustainably replacing traditional plastic materials.
Given that wheat straw is a waste product of agriculture, using it to create bioplastic is an excellent zero waste solution. Unlike traditional plastic materials, wheat straw plastic is entirely biodegradable and compostable and is food safe certified, BPA free, and FDA approved, making it suitable for a variety of uses.
Sugar cane is a fast-growing, renewable resource produced from the process of crushing stalks to extract their juice. As an alternative to burning fossil fuels, sugar cane can be used as a biofuel to produce heat, energy, and electricity, and can also be used to create bioplastic, also known as plant-based plastic.

Conventional materials are typically derived from non-renewable sources, such as wood from trees which have taken hundreds of years to grow or fossil fuels which take millions of years to form. On the other hand, eco-friendly materials such as bamboo, wheat straw, and sugar cane are very fast-growing, making them a renewable alternative with a huge range of applications and uses.
Most conventional materials, especially, plastics, are non-biodegradable, taking hundreds to thousands of years to decompose. These materials are the primary contributor to pollution, posing a considerable threat to wildlife and the environment. Conventional materials are usually produced using toxic chemicals and by burning fossil fuels in highly energy-intensive processes which produce high levels of carbon emissions, harming the ozone layer. Instead of traditional solvent-based inks, we print with water-based inks that are bio-degradable and free of harmful chemicals and VOCs. Production of these products requires less energy and leads to less environmental pollution.
For some of our eco-friendly items, we use heat transfer printing to add your branding to your products. This process uses recyclable transfer paper and avoids the use of toxic inks, making it more eco-friendly than more traditional printing processes which use solvent-based inks.
We use natural, organic, or recycled fibres for our embroidered products. This avoids the use of synthetic materials entirely, minimising the environmental impact of the embroidery process and ensuring these products are durable and of a high quality.

One of our account managers will be in touch promptly by email or phone to run through any questions or details that may need clarifying. A quote is then sent by email or any other preferred channel.
Our team are always on hand to advise on new products and ideas that fit a customer brief. A client may ask for a specific product but it doesn’t fit their brief so we’ll put some alternatives forward that are a better match. Larger projects/more complex enquiries will often require a teams or phone call initially to run through what the customer actually needs. Details can include things like quantities, preferred colours, branding or logo, delivery deadline, audience/event type & budget.
We then send a final quote via e mail, teams, WhatsApp or anything other preferred method that suits your business
There can be some discussion with the team to finalise the product selection before reaching the final agreement on the products & quantities. This stage can also include supplying samples so customers can check the product quality before going ahead. Once the order is agreed the customer receives a confirmation outlining all the details of their order.
Our Orders team will then send product proofs (PDFs) for approval. If needed, we can also supply branded samples. If the client has a credit account, payment is via 30 day invoice (invoice sent once the order is delivered). If the client is new or doesn’t have a credit account, payment can be made via bank transfer or card.
This can vary from product to product. We have lots of products that can be delivered in 1-2 days and others that can take up to 3-4 weeks. We always discuss these timelines during the quote process along with any deadlines for you event or other factors. We will also tailor the product choice to meet deadlines and help you get what you need when you need it. We are very transparent with turnaround times and will give clients clear dates for ordering/approving proofs to enable us to meet their deadlines.
All products are delivered by couriers. We have several courier and delivery options to suit any customer requirements. E.g. They may require bulk delivery to 1 UK address or individual delivery to their employee home addresses – we can help with both options and this will all be planned/quoted at the quoting stage. We can also deliver across Europe and the rest of the world so clients can place one order for worldwide delivery to their team and we will handle that as well. Our team are very experienced with international deliveries and we will handle all customs, taxes and duties payments on behalf of the customer.
Yes, our team is always on hand to help with any questions customer can call, email, message on teams or whatsapp their account manager or our orders team for help. The minimum order quantity varies from product to product, so whilst we cannot provide a global answer, feel free to get in touch and a member of the team will be on hand to advise you in more detail.
Yes, we can offer bulk order discounts. Our standard discounts occur at the purchase of 50, 100, 250, 500 and 100 units. The unit price of the item will reduce as the order quantity increases.
In the unfortunate event that your selected option is unavailable, we do have access to over 10,000 merchandise products, so we generally always have access to a viable alternative to the product in question.
