With the UK in lockdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Taylor Woodrow (part of the VINCI Group) were looking for a fresh way to reach all of their staff and let them know that their efforts were appreciated. The launch of their 2020 Roadshow was the perfect opportunity to thank colleagues for all their hard work over the last few months and look towards a brighter future. We were approached to design and supply a gift pack of useful branded items to assist with their Roadshow launch.
With a clear brief, we set about designing a unique pack of items that Taylor Woodrow colleagues could use on a daily basis. Featuring an Insulated Metal Water Bottle (individually named), a quality notebook & pen set, branded popcorn, and a handful of Quality Streets, the pack was assembled and mailed out by our team at Action Promote, arriving on doorsteps 2-3 days before the Roadshow launch.
The gift packs were a resounding success. With all the packs arriving on colleagues’ doorsteps before the Roadshow, the client commented ‘Everyone has LOVED their packs – they look so professional and were a lovely surprise, and people are already turning up to meetings fully-kitted out with their branded pads and bottle – a really professional show!’
