With up to 30,000 visitors passing through the doors each day the organisers of Move It dance festival had to have a merchandise partner they could rely on, so they approached Action Promote. Although the festival is held in March planning usually starts 6 months before this, giving plenty of time to create and produce an attractive range of merchandise.
We worked closely with the Move It marketing team – discussing ideas, producing product visuals and supplying samples to ensure that the merchandise fulfilled every objective. Once a selection of items had been agreed on the real work began. We produced and supplied a range of backpacks, water bottles, wristbands, lanyards, hoodies, t-shirts and visitor badges. The t-shirts were particularly challenging as they were printed with a complex gold & silver foil design – the finished result was amazing!
One very successful festival and the merchandise went down a storm. Katie Thomson, Marketing Manager for Move It, indicated that the range was so successful she would love to work with us long into the future.
